Embroidery

A common denominator for all apparel, threads are the building blocks to any apparel. Great embroidery is achieved through an artful balance of digitizing, thread/needle selection and equipment. UCP uses industry-leading, German-engineered ZSK embroidery equipment to render your imagery using fine Madeira threads. Would you opt for anything less?

DTG/DTF

Direct-to-Garment, a technology developed a decade ago, is the only contender to replace screen printing. A process now common in many apparel embellishment establishments, what separates great DTG prints is the washability. UCP uses only OEKO-TEX and CPSIA certified EPSON inks tested to endure more than 50 washes, a result only comparable to screen printed garments. Our inks are certified non-toxic to be used on infant and toddler clothes.

Digital Printing

Special effects and versatility make digital printing one of the most popular embellishment techniques around. Almost any fabric type can be decorated with a myriad combination of washable materials ranging from vibrant color substrates to pearlescent rhinestones. We can even print your designs in full color and custom contour cut it for application on cinch bags, caps and more.
